A barn set-up is one of the most important aspects of saving time and money in an operation. There are endless options of how a barn can be designed for the optimal, most functional set-up and we manufacture well designed equipment to allow you to create a barn that works best for your operation. How many times do you visit your barn each day? How much time do you spend in your barn feeding, lambing/kidding, and cleaning? How much time do you spend rewiring panels, repairing panels, climbing over panels, struggling while trying to move animals around in the barn? How much money has been spent on materials to build and repair equipment; on injuries to animals and/or yourself; and even replacing torn or ripped clothing? These are just some of the questions to be considered when deciding on what panels will serve a certain purpose in your barn. We design and manufacture all of our panels in our own facility. This factor allows us to offer endless options to you so you can create the most functional barn for your operation. With our panels, there are many options when deciding on what panels will function the best and be the most beneficial in the barn you are choosing to outfit. To begin, here are the options to consider—
100-Horizontal Bar Panel
Our standard, most basic panel made with 1” square, 16-gauge tubing and feature radius corners for added safety. Panels have 10” long, radius cornered feet. 40” tall panels have 6 horizontal bars, 48” tall panels have 7 horizontal bars. A vertical support is added on panels measuring 7 foot in length and greater.
101-Vertical Rod Panel
Panels utilize 1” square, 16-gauge tubing and feature radius corners for added safety. Rods are 3/8” diameter and welded on 3” centers and panels have a straight leg with feet. Panels are made 40” tall or 48” tall. Horizontal support rods are put on all panels 48” tall for added support. A great versatile choice for penning lambs, goats, and hogs. Most popular choice for fairgrounds and large facility set-ups.
102-Horizontal Bar Panel with Solid Bottom
Panels utilize 1” square, 16-gauge tubing and feature radius corners for added safety. The bottom 13” is framed with 1” square tubing and a 16 gauge solid metal sheet is welded on that portion of panel. Panels are made 40” tall or 48” tall. A vertical support is added on panels measuring 7 foot in length and greater. The solid panel on the bottom helps keep baby animals in and helps keep bedding in the pen and out of the isle ways in your barn.
103-Vertical Rod Panel with Solid Bottom
Panels utilize 1” square, 16-gauge tubing and feature radius corners for added safety. The bottom 13” is framed with 1” square tubing and a 16 gauge solid metal sheet is welded on that portion of panel. Panels are made 40” tall or 48” tall. The solid panel on the bottom helps keep baby animals in and helps keep bedding in the pen and out of the isle ways in your barn.
106-Full Solid Panel
Panel is framed with 1” square tubing with a full solid 16 gauge metal sheet welded onto frame and has 4” long straight legs. This panel is lighter in weight because it is made with lighter material than our Heavy Duty Chute System Solid Panels.
These panels are built to be tough! The panels are framed with 1 1/4” square, 14 gauge tubing and have a solid 16 gauge sheet of metal from top to bottom. The panel is 3” off of the ground and comes in two different heights—52” tall and 64”. These tall, solid panels stop rams and bucks from seeing each other and keep them from excessively hitting panels and each other.
Kustom Combo Panel
Combine our gates and panels into one! Any style, size, or height panel can be welded onto any style, size, or height Walk Through Gate. The price is determined by adding the individual price of the Walk-Through Gate and the individual price of the Panel together. There are limits on overall length of Combo Panels. Consideration should be given to not only size but overall weight of the full fabricated panel.
All panels have two metal tabs on each end used to connect panels together using a drop rod. Our panels can be linked with any of our other panels, gates, chute system components, and can be attached to a barn wall by using eye screws. One drop rod is included in the price of each panel. Extra drop rods are available for purchase. Extra unfinished metal tabs are also available for purchase.
